Errol Estate Property Owners Association (EEPOA) was originally established in 1974 to “make Errol Estate a better place to live”. “Errol Estate” shall be defined as all that certain real property located in the City of Apopka, Orange County and the State of Florida as shown on the “Master Plan”.
The By-Laws of EEPOA,
last filed with the Orange County Comptroller on July 11, 2006 convey the complete details of our mission and is how we are guided in carrying out this mission.
EEPOA is commonly referred to as the
"Master Association" within Errol Estate. There are currently
a total of 30 Home Owner Associations (HOA's) in Errol Estate, most
of which are active and some in-active. 23 of these HOA's are
members of EEPOA by deed restriction and owners of home sites in
these communities are automatically members of EEPOA. There are more
than
2,600 home sites in Errol Estate. Close to 2,000 property owners are
members of EEPOA.
