WELCOME

 

Errol Estate Property Owners Association (EEPOA) was originally established in 1974 to “make Errol Estate a better place to live.”  Errol Estate is located in beautiful Apopka, Florida within Orange County.

 

The Objectives of the EEPOA are administered by a duly elected Board of Directors in accordance with the By-Laws of EEPOA and by Florida State Statute.

 

The Mission of the Board is to create a relationship with:

 

   1.  Owners & Management of Errol Estate Country Club

   2.  Various governmental agencies including federal,

        state, county and city

   3.  Public utilities

   4.  Individual subdivision Home Owner Associations 

        (HOA)

   5.  Other agencies, individuals, partnerships and

        cooperations affecting the well being of homeowners

        in Errol Estate.

 

There are approximately 2,600 homesites in Errol Estate, governed by 30 individual subdivision HOA's. 23 of these HOA's are members of EEPOA by deed restriction and therefore, the homesites in these communities are automatically members of EEPOA.
